Member MUST be in good standing with The Niagara Home Builders Association for at least one year
2025 NHBA Membership Fees MUST be paid in full by March 1, 2025
Where applicable, builders must be registered with Tarion Warranty, HCRA and further, the project/home being entered must satisfy Tarion/HCRA enrollment requirements to qualify for nomination
Project entries must be located within the Niagara Region's 12 Municipalities
Winning entries from previous years are NOT eligible
Must be a RenoMark Member to submit entries in home renovation category
Multiple submissions per member, per category allowed
Entry must have been completed between March 7, 2023 - March 2, 2025
Entry in an architectural design, home renovations or room design category must be FULLY operational at the time of submission
Submission of concepts, plans or any other type of conceptual proposals in the above mentioned categories are not deemed valid and will NOT be accepted for considered by our judges
Acceptance of submissions received is at the discretion of NHBA

NHBA reserves all publishing rights to the materials submitted. All awards remain the property of NHBA unless otherwise requested at time of submission
All entries will be reviewed by NHBA to ensure they meet all the category requirements. Any entry that does not meet the requirements, will be subject to disqualification
Award logo is available from NHBA only. Use of the award logo is granted by NHBA only and will be made available to finalists and winners after the awards event
