Requirements
This Prestige category Project of the Year - Mid-high rise award is bestowed upon the builder whose mid-high rise project combines the best overall architectural design, advertising, promotion and on-site sales presentation.
To be eligible for Project of the Year - Mid-high rise, the project must be entered into one of the categories in each of the following three groupings:
Architectural Design
Room Design
Marketing
Builder must be registered/in good standing with Tarion/HCRA
Builder must be an NHBA Member in good standing for at least one (1) year
