Requirements
This Prestige category Community Development of the Year award is bestowed upon the builder project which combines the best overall architectural design, advertising, promotion and on-site sales
presentation.
To be eligible for Community Development of the Year, the project must be entered into one of the categories in each of the following three groupings
Architectural Design
Room Design
Marketing
Builder must be registered/in good standing with Tarion/HCRA
Builder must be an NHBA Member in good standing for at least one 1) year
